2. Description of offers

CyberTool offers two families of monthly subscriptions depending on the buyer profile:

  • Agencies / MSPs: Solo (€49/month), Agency (€149/month), Enterprise (€399/month).
  • SMBs: Essentiel (€29/month), Business (€79/month), Corporate (€199/month).
  • AI credit packs (one-shot): 10,000 credits (€15), 50,000 credits (€60), 200,000 credits (€200).

Each plan's details (clients, sites, scans, AI agents, alerts, white-label) are available on the pricing page.

3. Pricing

Prices are stated in euros, excluding tax. The prevailing French VAT rate (20% at the time of writing) applies to customers established in France and in the European Union without a valid EU VAT number. Customers outside the EU or holding a valid EU VAT number benefit from the reverse-charge mechanism.

We reserve the right to change our pricing. Any change applies from the next renewal, after 30 days' email notice.

4. Free credits at signup

Every new account starts with 2,000 free AI credits, with no commitment and no credit card required. These credits never expire. Once consumed, the user must subscribe to a paid plan or buy a credit pack to keep using the AI agents.

The bonus is granted once per person. Creating multiple accounts to stack the bonus is prohibited and may result in suspension of the accounts concerned.

5. Billing cycle and payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary date of signup, by credit card via Stripe.
  • Credit packs are billed in full at the time of purchase.
  • All transactions are secured by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). CyberTool never stores credit card numbers.
  • An invoice is automatically issued after each payment and available in the customer portal (Settings → Subscription).

6. Right of withdrawal

These services are aimed primarily at professionals (B2B). The right of withdrawal under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code does not apply to contracts between professionals.

For the rare users qualifying as consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. By ticking the acceptance box for these terms at the time of subscription, the consumer expressly agrees to immediate performance of the service and acknowledges the resulting waiver of the right of withdrawal for the portion already performed.

7. Modification and termination

  • Users may change plans at any time from the customer portal. The new price applies from the next cycle (no pro-rata on downgrades).
  • Termination takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
  • No pro-rata refund is due in case of early termination, save for mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
  • Already-purchased credit packs are non-refundable.

8. Payment incidents

If a charge fails, the user is notified and has 7 days to resolve the issue. After that period, access to paid features is suspended (the account remains accessible in read-only mode). After 30 days, the account is downgraded to the free plan. Late-payment penalties at the statutory rate apply to amounts due, in accordance with article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

9. Refunds

No refund is due for downtime of less than 24 consecutive hours. In the event of major prolonged unavailability (above 5% of a calendar month), a pro-rata credit is applied to the customer account.

10. Consumer mediation

Pursuant to article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute with a consumer customer, the latter may use the consumer-mediation service free of charge: [TO COMPLETE: mediator name and URL].

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [TO COMPLETE: registered office jurisdiction], subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules to the contrary.
