Pricing questions
Is there a commitment or minimum period?
No. All plans are commitment-free, billed monthly, cancellable in one click from the Stripe customer portal. The current month stays active until its end, then the account drops to the free plan.
What happens after the free audit?
The free audit uses 2,000 bonus AI credits (never expire). Once consumed, the scan service keeps running but AI analysis switches to economy mode. To restore full capacity, pick a paid plan or buy a one-shot booster pack.
What's the difference between agency and SMB plans?
An agency plan (Solo, Agency, Enterprise) manages multiple SMB clients with white-label reports, SSO, and SMS alerts on higher tiers. An SMB plan (Essential, Business, Corporate) covers only the company's own sites, without multi-tenant. The choice is made at signup via onboarding.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the current month. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Everything is managed from the Stripe customer portal (settings → billing).
Are the included AI credits enough for normal usage?
Yes in 90% of cases. The quota is sized to cover regular scans of all your sites plus multiple in-depth conversations per day with Sofia and the specialist agents. For heavier months (incident, GDPR audit), one-shot booster packs (10k / 50k / 200k credits, never expire) are available at €15 / €60 / €200.
Is payment secure?
Yes. No banking data ever transits or is stored at CyberTool. The full payment chain (card entry, charge, billing, PDF invoices, subscription management) goes through Stripe hosted checkout, PCI-DSS Level 1. Invoices are accessible anytime from the customer portal.
Is there an annual discount?
Not in the public V1. The commitment-free monthly model stays the priority for now. For agencies with significant volume or specific contexts (group purchasing, public tenders), contact contact@cybertool.fr — we can study a custom quote.
How does VAT work?
All displayed prices are excluding tax. Applicable VAT (20% in France) is computed automatically at checkout based on billing country and intra-EU VAT status (EU B2B = reverse-charge if valid VAT number).
